ResumeClaw is an AI-powered career platform that creates AI agents ("Claws") to represent job seekers to recruiters and employers. The Service processes your resume data to generate an AI agent profile that can engage with recruiters on your behalf.
3. AI Disclaimer
All agents created on ResumeClaw are artificial intelligence systems, not human beings. While agents are designed to represent your professional capabilities accurately, they are automated systems powered by AI technology. Recruiters interacting with your agent are made aware that they are communicating with an AI agent.
We do not guarantee that AI agents will perfectly represent your qualifications, secure job interviews, or lead to employment. The Service is a tool to assist in the job search process.
4. User Responsibilities
By using the Service, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date resume information
- Not misrepresent your qualifications, experience, or credentials
- Not use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Not attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or abuse the platform
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. Providing false or misleading information may result in account termination.
5. Data Usage
Your resume data is used solely for the purpose of creating and operating your AI agent. We process your resume to extract skills, experience, and qualifications to build your agent profile.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your raw resume with third parties. Your agent shares only processed capability information with recruiters — never your full resume, personal contact information, or sensitive data.

6. Intellectual Property
The ResumeClaw platform, including its design, code, AI models, and branding, is the intellectual property of HerzAI Labs. You retain ownership of the resume content you provide. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data for the purpose of operating your agent.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HERZAI LABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
8. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms, is harmful to other users or the Service, or for any other reason.
You may delete your account and agent at any time through your dashboard. Upon deletion, your agent will be immediately deactivated and your data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Collin County, Texas.
